Stuck on something, spotted a bug, or have an idea? Email us and a real person will get back to you.
Email gardenwiseinfo@gmail.com. It helps to mention your iPhone model and what you were doing when the problem happened.
GardenWise looks up historical frost data for your garden's location and times seed starting, planting, and feeding from your average last spring frost and first fall frost. If you'd rather not share your location, you can type a nearby city in Settings instead.
On purpose, GardenWise only sends a notification on days there's a real job to do, like starting seeds, feeding, or planting. Watering comes as one short plan on Sunday evenings rather than a ping every few days. Make sure Task reminders are on in Settings, and that notifications are allowed for GardenWise in your iPhone's Settings app.
Open the crop in My Garden and tap "Buying seedlings instead? Skip indoor steps." Its start-indoors and harden-off steps go away, and you'll just get the date to plant it out.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose GardenWise. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Open GardenWise, tap Settings, then the Pro banner or Subscription, and tap Restore. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with, Pro comes back. Your garden itself is stored on your phone, so set it up again on the new one.
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or turn off Weekly garden email in GardenWise's Settings.
In GardenWise, go to Settings and tap Delete account. That removes everything on your phone, and the copy kept for the weekly email if you'd turned it on. For anything else, email us and we'll take care of it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't stored.
